A Discipline for Self-Defense and a Discipline for Life

Our goal at International Self Defense Institute is to teach our students disciplines that they will be able to call upon – not only in times of challenge and crisis – but in times of ease and tranquility as well. Our aim is to teach disciplines that can be used daily to enhance the quality of life.

We offer group and private instruction for both children and adults, and women and men. Our instructors are fully qualified and have produced noticeable results time and again.

Birthday Parties
Our Birthdays include two hours of safe and exciting martial arts fun. Then we enjoy pizza and drinks, and a custom-made birthday cake. Finally, we give each child a goodie bag with toys and candy and fill them up when we break open our fun piñata.

• Birthday Child receives a special Karate Trophy
• Kids have an exciting party full of fun activities.
• Parents can relax while we have a super fun time. We provide all supplies and activities for the party.
